EVENT HEALTH SERVICES
Victorian Medical Assistance Team is able to provide local event organisers with a guaranteed, unparalleled alternative to the traditional volunteer based first aid services model.
Depending on your needs, we are able to provide your event with Doctors, Nurses and Advanced Responders, with each event being staffed by a minimum of one health care professional. Bringing qualified health care professionals to the event environment provides a higher level of patient assessment, management and overall care.
Victorian Medical Assistance Team is experienced in providing Event Health Services to a wide range of local events including but not limited to school carnivals, sporting events, concerts as well as high risk motorsport based events. We are able to work in partnership with you to tailor a complete solution package that will meet the specific requirements of your next event.
NEPT
NEPT Provider refers to a ‘Non-Emergency Patient Transport’ Company. The Victorian Medical Assistance Team is a licensed NEPT Provider. We are licensed by the Department of Health and Human Services in Victoria to undertake medical transport in non-emergency situations.
Patients deemed suitable for non-emergency patient transport by their health care providers are able to be transported between hospitals, residences, residential care facilities and medical clinics.
